Are America Last Republicans Helping Biden’s Agenda Of Non-stop Involvement In Foreign Wars
Tucker Carlson delivered a powerful monologue about America last Republicans and their view of how involved America should be in supporting Ukraine.
GALLAGHER: I saw Tucker Carlson commemorate the 1 year anniversary of Russia invading Ukraine with a pretty powerful monologue. Now, I bring this to your attention because I know you hear a lot of Republicans tell you we need to be in Ukraine. We need to supply them with whatever they want. It is the right thing to do. It is within our national security to do so. You are hearing establishment Republicans say that a lot. Tucker has a decidedly different point of view. Understand that the Never Trumpers, RINOs, establishment elites. They despise Tucker Carlson. They loathe him and I believe they hate him because of his commentary on Ukraine you are about to hear. They hate the fact that Tucker represents the emerging populist streak of the Republican party. The establishment can’t figure that out. They hate it and they hate us. If we believe that we have too many problems in Ukraine rather than forging alliances with countries all over the world, you are a Putin apologist. Tucker is repeatedly called a Putin apologist. An apologist for Russia which of course is preposterous, but they want to go for the jugular because they want to marginalize a point of view like his. I think it is an important point of view that represents more of us than the establishment types. I want you to hear what Tucker had to say because I thought it was pretty dog gone smart.
CARLSON: Here’s the interesting thing. Neither party in Washington cares what the voters thanks here is Republican Michael mccaul, the head foreign-policy genius in the house. He is completely controlled by the intelligence. Here he is explaining that in a democracy it doesn’t matter what voters think.
>>: A new Polish showing support among Americans for Ukraine is dropping. How concerned are foreign leaders you are speaking to that American support for Ukraine particularly within your own party is weakening?
MCCAUL: I would say the support is still very strong. This delegation that is bipartisan has strong support for Ukraine. Where you are seeing a split from the administration, and I have to say this is bipartisan as well, is for the past year we have been very slow at getting these weapons in in the name of being too provocative. Weathered stingers, short range artillery. Now longer-range artillery can take out the drones in crimea. And also aviation like f-16. If we put this stuff in from the very beginning of this conflict a year from now may have been very different.
CARLSON: You will notice that whenever there is a bipartisan consensus on something in Washington it’s a bad idea. Usually it’s the worst idea. There is no bipartisan consensus on saving middle-class America or rescuing rural Americans from fentanyl. There is no bipartisan consensus . Nobody cares. The bipartisan consensus is we should send the contents of the U.S. treasury to a corrupt eastern European country to facilitate world war iii. Why is that? The truth is Washington is so dysfunctional that funding a war , destroying things, is the one thing they can do. That’s why they love it so much. They can get something done. It is purely destructive. We wanted to talk to congressman Michael mccaul of Texas, the foreign-policy genius, more about this. You don’t care what your voters think? Really? We asked him to come on tonight. Why do support the war that your constituents oppose? How does this benefit the United States? Were you proud that you helped Russia and China align in a block that is more powerful than the United States? Is that good for us? How does that work, congressman? He cannot make it. Mike turner cannot come either. Mitt Romney of Utah did not respond at all. Lindsey Graham and Mitch mc connell were hard nos. No way, we will not answer questions. We will answer CNN first. Everyone we just mentioned is a Republican. They cannot defend this, of course. Only a very tiny number of Republicans voted to stop this insanity before it destroys the economy of the United States and triggers world war iii. They have been punished for it. A lot of Republicans care. On MSNBC if you are against world war iii you are an agent of food and. 10 House Republicans voted against military aid. The usual suspects . I will read them out. Andy Biggs, Dan Bishop, davidson , Marjorie Taylor Greene , Thomas Massie, rob norman, Scott perry, Tom Tiffany . The point is Marjorie Taylor Greene and Vladimir Putin and Tucker Carlson are all on the same page. We are on Putin’s side. It’s funny how the people who hate the United States the most and spend the most time tearing it down, it’s tainted by the original slavery. It’s a terrible country. 1619 people truly hate the United States. The one who accuse people of trying to save the United States of being destroyed in a pointless war of siding with a foreign dictator. Ignore them. They do not speak in good faith. They are liars.
