President Biden was talking about hurricane Ida during a press conference and a reporter asked him a question about Afghanistan. Biden completely refused to answer the question on Afghanistan and then proceeded to walk away. Biden has repeatedly implied that he can’t answer questions and it is as if he isn’t the one calling the shots.
