GALLAGHER: You think that approach is going to work that crime really isn’t a problem in America? That’s what Kathy Hochul tried to do and they’ve mocked her widely for it. It may be why Lee Zeldin wins. On the debate stage the other night Kathy Hochul said these Republicans are just they’re just data deniers. They’re not just election deniers, they’re data deniers because the data shows that crime is really going down in America and in New York. We’re fine. Pay no attention to everything you’re seeing all around you. I know that she’s an idiot but she’s a useful idiot. Joy Behar on The View opining about some research she did over crime.

BEHAR: There is not both sides here and a lot of them like to say it including Ted Cruz when he was here and I’d like to remind everybody that it was the Democrats not the Democrats who stormed the government that day and tried to kill the vice president yeah okay and the Republicans now coming up to the next election which is next week by the way um that all they do is talk about crime, crime, crime. Well I looked it up. Murders in major cities have fallen by four percent so far in 2022 compared with the same period a year ago so crime is not on the rise. It’s actually going down under Joe Biden.

GALLAGHER: Yeah she thinks that’s a good point. She really thinks she’s she’s she’s uh she’s really profound there. I looked it up. Crime is down four percent year to date uh-huh that’s a good approach. Kathy Hochul, they’re data deniers. Now again, evidently Tim Ryan who very well might lose as well. Tim Ryan’s in a tough race in Ohio. Here’s what he said during a Fox News Town Hall event with Martha McCallum and Brett Bear.

STUDENT: So if elected to the Senate what exactly will you do to address this issue and prevent criminals from being released in our cities with no incentive to you know prevent them from committing another crime or return to court?

RYAN: Sure it’s a great question. Thank you. It takes a lot of guts to stand up here so I appreciate you doing that um I support uh making sure that judges have the right in the Constitutional Amendment I’m voting yes on that um to be able for the judges to be able to balance their decision with regard to Public Safety and crime is an issue I don’t care what anybody says about that and we need more cops.

GALLAGHER: Uh-oh. Crime is an issue. I don’t care what Joy Behar says. Crime is an issue. Yeah you think. Uh again a desperate tactic from a leftist who knows he’s in trouble.
