Fox News host Laura Ingraham decided to give Trump some campaign advice which is to stop talking about the 2020 presidential election.

GALLAGHER: Here’s a Mediaite headline Trump’s poll numbers continue to soar while Ron DeSantis’ poll numbers plummet. Now I’ve got friends who say come on it’s still early. It is March 2023. We’ve got a long way to go. DeSantis hasn’t even declared. I’m gonna tell you right now. The Never Trump world is very alarmed at the polling. They can’t figure it out. They figure all of this would harm Donald Trump. They don’t know why his numbers are accelerating and DeSantis’ are deteriorating. I am going to turn to the smartest audience in the world. Why do you think that is? I mean it’s not just an outlier. It’s a lot of polls saying Trump’s numbers keep soaring and DeSantis’ are declining pretty dramatically. Here was Laura last night on Fox News. Again, make no mistake and dont get me wrong. I love her, she’s terrific, she’s smart she’s skilled, she’s accomplished, but why do you think she is confident in giving a guy that has had the political success of Donald Trump advice like this?

INGRAHAM: Now, if I were Trump and running his campaign, I would strongly urge him to stop talking about 2020. It’s over. Enough. Marinating in old claims of election fraud won’t win over a single voter in any state that he needs to win in 2024. And it gives DeSantis an opening to say, ‘Why take a chance on a guy who complained after the fact about early voting and ballot harvesting instead of beating Biden on both fronts?’ So explain to voters in a major speech on the specifics on how Trump will rebuild the economy. He knows the stuff like the back of his hand, but he needs to lay it out step-by-step. Things like cut government spending, I don’t know, 10% across the board at least. Middle-class tax cuts. Reverse all of Biden’s anti-fossil fuel agenda. Pull our manufacturing back from China. Immediately shut down the border. Start moving people out of the country who never qualified for asylum. All of those things would be a good start.

GALLAGHER: Now again she’s a smart lady. Is she right? Is her advice correct? Here’s my response. Millions of Americans don’t wanna let the issue of election integrity go because if we don’t fix it if we don’t get it right, we’re never gonna win another election again.
