Does Trump’s Indictment Count As Election Interference?
The Democrats for years accused Republicans of election interference, but isn’t that what is happening before our eyes with Trump’s indictment?
GALLAGHER: For years all they screamed about was Trump interfering in the election with the Russians and now they’re going to shut down the leading Republican candidate in 2024 and the guy who could’ve very well return to the White House. He still may. Don’t get me wrong. He still absolutely may. Maybe this will backfire spectacularly, but make no mistake about it. This has to be a spectacular backfire and it will have to be a backfire of epic proportions. We’re in New York City to cover all of this. We are just blocks away from the Manhattan court room where Trump will be arraigned tomorrow. In a few hours he’s expected to arrive in New York City from Mar-a-Lago aboard the big blue 757, the Trump plane that he now travels around in. He’s expected to arrive tomorrow as I understand it at about 11 or 11:30 AM Eastern time at the court room. And then the official indictment and I presume the actual crimes that this lunatic prosecutor managed to get a grand jury to indict him with will be unsealed. They’ve had a few days of silence. Speaking of silence, the judge in all of this is expected to impose a gag order on President Trump furthering the election interference scheme. He can’t campaign on this, or can he?
