Several polls show Trump just dominating all the other Republicans as of right now for the 2024 election.

GALLAGHER: More polling coming out in the state of Florida. Trump has expanded his lead over Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to 20 points. 53 to 33%. In fact, as one person put it on social media, DeSantis is starting off the week with yet more bad news for his campaign as the first Rasmussen reports head to head since his campaign launched shows the Florida governor has gone down 2% and Trump has gone up 13%. In a head to head matchup according to Rasmussen, Trump leads 58 to 30%. Golly. That is 28 points. You don’t know. It could be way way early. I just wonder if Ron DeSantis can catch up. I keep wondering about the viability of a Trump – DeSantis ticket. If Ron DeSantis wakes up one day and says I don’t know that I got a path to get there, to get the nomination. Would he consider being Donald Trump’s Vice Presidential running mate? Could that be the game changer that so many of us think it could be? It seems so obvious to me anyway.
