Joe Biden said back in 2005 that he prayed to God that the Democrats wouldn’t end the filibuster when they take power. He was accusing the Republicans of supporting a power grab. However, now Joe Biden is pushing his fellow Democrats to end the filibuster, so clearly he has reversed course!
