Abortion is not going to be totally outlawed if Roe v. Wade is overturned. Each state will decide what the law will be regarding abortions. Joe Biden referred to an unborn baby as a child when he was speaking about the SCOTUS leak. That is interesting because usually Democrats call the unborn baby a clump of cells. The Left is not happy with Grandpa Joe!
