Mike shares how he believes Kevin McCarthy is off to a great start as House Speaker.

GALLAGHER: Kevin McCarthy is off to a great start in Washington. You remember of course some of these high-profile Republicans opposed his bid to become Speaker. He is not holding a grudge. McCarthy has placed Congresswoman Lauren Boebert, Congressman Scott Perry from Pennsylvania, Byron Donalds, Republican from Florida, and Anna Paulina Luna. All of them are going to be on the Oversight committee which is responsible for investigations including the kind of investigations that will plague the final year and a half or so of Biden’s presidency. He is absolutely finished. He isn’t going to run in 2024. The damage has been done. I am talking to people on the Left who are embarrassed by this classified documents scandal. Now comes breaking news that the DOJ retrieved classified documents from Biden’s home. They are not transparent. They are absolutely lying. These investigations are just getting underway. In addition to Lauren Boebert, Scott Perry, Byron Donalds, and Anna Paulina Luna all getting seats on the Oversight committee, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene and Paul Gosar. They were stripped of their committee seats. They are going have seats on that committee too. In addition, Matt Gaetz from Florida, Andy Biggs from Arizona, and Chip Roy are going to continue to serve on the Judiciary committee which is chaired now by Jim Jordan. If anyone who was worried about Kevin McCarthy not fulfilling his promise. Guess what? He is. He is off to a great start.
