A federal judge in Texas temporarily blocked the state’s new law banning most abortions. Mike is joined by Jennifer Mascott who is an Assistant Professor of Law and Co-Executive Director of The C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study of the Administrative State at the Antonin Scalia Law School which is at George Mason University. Mike asks Jennifer what she predicts might happen with the possibility of Roe v. Wade being overturned!
