Mike Talks To Georgia Voters Ahead Of The Georgia Senate Runoff Race
Mike talks to Georgia voters about Herschel Walker’s chances of winning this key Senate runoff election.
GALLAGHER: Dave is in Cobb County, Georgia. Dave have you voted yet?
CALLER DAVE: Yes sir, I did and I cast my vote for Mr. Walker. I had to spent almost 90 minutes there. We are glad we did it. As far as Herschel, the campaign against him has been strictly personal. Character assassination forgetting about the fact that he is a redeemed man by the blood of Christ. The irony of it is his opponent is a “minister” and that is even more irritating.
GALLAGHER: Well it is irritating because he stands at the pulpit of the Ebonezer Baptist Church and evidently is pro late term abortion. I can’t think of anything more Un-Christian than that.
CALLER DAVE: That was one point that Herschel brought up in the debate. He said there is more than 2 people in the room. Doctor, patient, and baby.
GALLAGHER: Well I am glad there was a good turnout where you and your wife voted. Long lines which is good. I think a good turnout benefit Herschel Walker, but that is wishful thinking. I don’t know. Ralph is in Georgia.
CALLER RALPH: I live in Fulton County, but probably a red section if I had to guess. I’ve been to the polling place 6 times in the last 3 days and the shortest line was maybe 50 yards, up to 75, maybe 100 and I don’t see them moving. It is a library and it is a big place. I wouldn’t accuse Fulton county of voter suppression, but I somehow feel like it is understaffed.
GALLAGHER: It seems like they are overwhelmed.
