Mike’s caller makes terrific point about having non-citizens vote in our elections

Mike & a caller have a great exchange about how the Democrats make zero sense regarding their concerns about our elections. They claimed that Russia interfered in the 2016 election when Trump won. However, now Democrat-run cities are allowing non-citizens to vote in our elections. Doesn’t that mean anyone can fly into America from overseas and vote in our elections? Wouldn’t that be election interference?
