Mike’s caller says he resents the continued persecution of Trump, but that we should move on to supporting DeSantis since Trump won’t stop being harassed.

GALLAGHER: Tim in Phoenix. How are you sir?

CALLER TIM: Hey Mike. I am so done with Trump. I voted for Trump twice, but it is so obvious to me after the midterms that he is unelectable as President. He won’t get elected. It is the middle 30% in this country that decides elections. I have had enough of all of it. I am so ready for DeSantis to be the nominee and I speak for a lot of Republicans that I know.

GALLAGHER: I hear a lot of that as well. Let me just ask you though, having said what you said, don’t you resent the heck out of what they are continuing to try to do to him with this level of harassment?

CALLER TIM: Absolutely and it is not going to stop Mike so lets get on with DeSantis. It is not going to stop with Trump.

GALLAGHER: Isn’t that fascinating? They are not going to stop harassing Trump so lets move on to Ron DeSantis. See that is the very attitude that is going to drive people into Trump’s arms. I don’t doubt that Tim is sincere. It is not going to stop so lets just start supporting Ron DeSantis. Again, nobody even knows if Ron DeSantis is going to run.
