NYC now will be installing vending machines with drugs such as crack pipes.

GALLAGHER: The city of New York has crack pipe vending machines. I guess if you are a crack addict and believe me, I don’t take addiction lightly. I am not making fun of addiction. It is a curse. It is a demon. I pray for people who are addicts. I pray for even the violent homeless people who are roaming America’s cities like armies of zombies attacking people. Physically, assaulting men, women, and children. The people that are doing this are tortured souls who are worthy of our compassion. They need help. In many cases, they need to be locked up. They need to be behind bars, not roaming the streets where they are hurting people. Giving them free crack pipes from a vending machine isn’t going to cut it. I’m not making any of this up. This is the goofiest thing. They are giving away crack pipes in vending machines in NYC. Again words fail me. This is one of those days. Here’s a little montage from Fox News channel. These are interviews with people on the streets of New York when the news came out that the city of New York sees fit to dispense crack pipes in vending machines. Here it is.

ARNOLT: “You live around here?”
MAN 1: “Yes, I do.”
ARNOLT: “What do you think about the new addition of this vending machine?”
MAN 1: “The new addition of the vending machine is for the purpose of good hope for the community.”
WOMAN 1: “I didn’t know nothing about this. I just came outside to get some air. It makes no sense to me. So how can we get it removed?”
ARNOLT: “That’s a good question. I don’t know if there’s any hope of that happening anytime soon. But what do you think it’s going to do to the neighborhood?”
WOMAN 1: “Mess it up as usual.”
ARNOLT: “So, you think it’s a good idea?”
MAN 2: “Yes, it is. Uh-huh.”
ARNOLT: “Interesting. Okay, but what about the fact that it’s taxpayer dollars that are potentially fueling an even bigger drug crisis in the city?”
MAN 2: “It doesn’t matter.We need that machine in the neighborhood. That way we can have less people dying.”
ARNOLT: “It’s like taxpayer money that we’re giving resources now to drug addicts. Do you think this is going to hurt or help the neighborhood?”
WOMAN 2: “I think it’s going to hurt the neighborhood.”
WOMAN 3: “Yeah. Honestly, it’s going to hurt because it’s supplying the stuff, so they will feel more comfortable knowing that they have the fentanyl strips and stuff like that. They’ll feel more comfortable to use it.”
WOMAN 4: “Why is this here? I don’t see the purpose of it to be on this residential block. No one on this block needs it.”

GALLAGHER: I am beyond stunned. Here was Jesse Watters last night on Fox’s The Five with his reaction.

WATTERS: This is not what you want to do. You want to make it harder for people to smoke crack. You want them to get off the crack. You don’t want to make crack smoking easier. If your son was smoking crack, would you buy him a crack pipe for Christmas and say, ‘Here, Ricky. We know you are going to smoke it anyway, you might as well have a good pipe.’ Of course not! If you send your family member to a drug rehabilitation center, they don’t have free drug paraphernalia at a rehab facility. This is the dumbest thing anybody has ever seen and, you know, I just feel bad for the people in the neighborhood.
