Mike issues a little apology for letting his ego get the best of him one day when it comes to our Food for the Poor campaign. Ultimately this campaign is about all of us spreading some goodness in the world together. This is our way of doing something to help needy families in Ukraine. Also, Mike talks to a caller who had family in Mariupol, Ukraine who shares his story with us. We are all praying for these people.

Nobody should be surprised that Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson is as progressive as she is coming off to be. Mike shares the exchange that Judge Jackson had with Sen. Lindsey Graham that truly stunned him. Judge Jackson essentially said that if someone only watches child porn for 15 minutes, it is unfair for them to face 40-50 years in prison. This is the woman we are going to confirm to be on the Supreme Court?

Mike asks a sincere question. What the heck is going on with all the awful attacks that we’re seeing on elderly people, Asian people, or anyone on the streets? We’ve seen many incidents of people being punched in the face, knocked out, shoved onto a subway track, and other evil acts being committed onto others. Is it because our police have been vilified? Is it the pandemic? Is it because people are depressed. What can be attributed to this?
Republican Sen. Josh Hawley asked brutal questions to Ketanji Brown Jackson about her rulings on prior child porn cases. He recited her own words back to her as well while asking these questions. Ketanji Brown Jackson also suggested that sentencing guidelines are too harsh due to the internet allowing people to access more child porn than the mail did alone years ago.
