Vice President Kamala Harris will travel to Guatemala & Mexico as the ongoing border crisis continues to get worse. This is like an episode of Veep & Kamala Harris is like the character played by Julia Louis-Dreyfus. VP Harris is promising us to get to the ‘root cause’ of our border crisis with these travel plans. Also, Sen. John Thune pointed out that an important piece of infrastructure would be to finish building the border wall. You think the Biden administration would do that?
Brooklyn Center Mayor Mike Elliott said that he doesn’t believe that officers need to necessarily have weapons every time they’re making a traffic stop. This comes after Officer Potter appeared to accidentally shoot Daunte Wright in Minnesota. There has been other recent examples where cops have needed weapons during traffic stops in New Mexico & Texas. Don’t police officers need to be armed during traffic stops?
