On Tuesday, a man followed a 13-year-old girl as she walked home from school. Police responded to the girl’s home in San Jose, CA and she told investigators he had forced his way through the front door of her home as she went inside. She fought him off and he fled before police arrived.

 The city today will bury one of its Finest. This time, the young NYPD police officer’s name is Brian Moore. Just last December, the names were Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu. They were assassinated as they sat in their patrol car in Brooklyn by Ismaaiyl Abdullah Brimsley, an ex-con with a long rap sheet. Their “crime”? They were cops.
