Authorities in South Carolina have released dash cam video in connection with the fatal shooting of Walter Scott, but the footage does not show the actual shooting. The video was taken by Feidin Santana and provided to Mr. Scott’s lawyer. The video shows the officer retrieving an object and placing it next to the man’s body as he lay on the ground. The victim is between 15-25 feet away and is shot multiple times with no assistance rendered.
