The LAPD finds itself in the center of the controversy over the use of force after shooting a homeless man on Skid Row, he died shortly afterward. The shooting, captured on video by a bystander, shows police attempting to subdue the man. Police claim the man attempted to grab an officer’s gun, but witnesses claim the man was unarmed.
