Republicans Must Unite Instead of Bickering Amongst Each Other
Mike addresses Donald Trump going after Ron DeSantis in some recent remarks he made on Truth Social.
GALLAGHER: Donald Trump fought for this country and he has been without a doubt the most persecuted individual in my lifetime. I will acknowledge and this is probably as mild a criticism as you will get from me, going after DeSantis is not helpful. Not now. Not now. I wish I could sing a different tune. I am not about spin. I have to be intellectually honest with you. I love the guy. I love the 4 years of the Trump presidency. This is not helpful. You know what would be helpful right now? The Republican party being unified behind Herschel Walker. That would be helpful. I’d like to see Donald Trump with Ron DeSantis, and Ted Cruz, and Jim Jordan, and Marjorie Taylor Greene, and Lindsey Graham. All of them in Georgia fighting like heck for Herschel Walker. That is what I would like to see right now. In a perfect world, we would stop bickering, at least for now until we get control of the Senate. Is that too much ask? It is a little bit like asking Arizona, is it too much to ask that you guys can’t figure out how to count the ballots in a regular timely fashion? This delay in Arizona and Nevada is infuriating. Heads ought to roll. As Tucker Carlson pointed out, these election blowhards in Arizona and Nevada haven’t even apologized. Why don’t you say you’re sorry that you guys can’t figure out how to count the ballots in a timely fashion? The election was Tuesday. This is Friday. We are not some third world dictatorship. It is infuriating. Don’t get me started on that. Is it too much to ask that we don’t bicker internally as a Republican party until after the runoff in Georgia?
