Special Counsel Jack Smith had ordered Twitter to turn over details of Trump’s Twitter account.

GALLAGHER: I am reading this from the New York daily news. I thought it was important to see the characterization of this from a liberal publication. They are happy about this. Special counsel Jack Smith won a secret demand for Trump’s Twitter account last winter. A judge fined Twitter $350K for failing to promptly comply with her order. Jack Smith’s team of prosecutors convinced U.S. district court judge to order Twitter to turn over details of Trump’s then long suspended Twitter account in January. Twitter eventually complied with the Judge’s order and handed over an unknown amount of data. Here is Donald Trump’s response last night to Eric Bolling on Newsmax.

BOLLING: “So, it brings me to the next question: Jack Smith. Biden gets Merrick Garland to get Jack Smith to do these investigations of you — “
Trump: “Deranged. He’s like a deranged human being. I watch this guy — “
BOLLING: “What’s his motivation? What’s going on there?”
Trump: “I think he’s just a sick guy. He destroyed the lives of many people, he was overturned unanimously in the Supreme Court. I believe his 0-5. In other words, he takes it to the end. He was involved with the IRS scandal, the big Lois Lerner IRS. That was him, that was his baby, where the government had to end up paying money, damages and apologies all over the place, where they went after Christians and they went after incredible people. Jack Smith, he’s like a — he’s like a deranged individual. And I think we’re doing very well with that guy, but he is — he’s a sick puppy. You know, you look at the boxes. I come under the Presidential Records Ac, I’m allowed to do everything that you see. Biden didn’t. Biden’s got 1,850 boxes.”

GALLAGHER: We talk about the thought police a lot on this show. It is one thing for them to come after ordinary citizens, which, of course is way worse than going after Donald Trump. They are so desperate to stop him that now they are accessing his unsent Tweets and the data. Direct messages, perhaps. Conversations he’s having with other people. Conversations his staff is having. That is called wiretapping. You are tapping into someone’s communications method. Sick puppy is a pretty good descriptor of what Jack Smith is all about.
