The View’s Joy Behar claimed that Sen. Tim Scott doesn’t know what it is like to be Black in America.

GALLAGHER: The View is like cat nip for talk radio. These women say things that are so outrageous. You just have to ask yourself. Do they mean it? This is ABC. The View. Millions of people watch this. Check this out. They are so livid about Tim Scott running for President that they said this.

BEHAR: And he’s one of these guys who, you know, he’s like Clarence Thomas, black Republican, who believes in pulling yourself by your bootstraps, rather than to me understanding the systemic racism that African-Americans face in this country and other minorities. He doesn’t get it, neither does Clarence.
HOSTIN: Right.

BEHAR: And that’s why they’re Republicans.
HOSTIN: Yeah.

GALLAGHER: So let me get this straight. Joy Behar believes that two Black Americans like Tim Scott and Clarence Thomas don’t have a clue what it is like to be a Black man in America. Joy Behar is the arbiter of what it means to be a Black person in America. I mean racism doesn’t even begin to describe her. They get away with it on the Left. People on the Left get a pass. Play this again. One more time to get the depth of her bigotry against a Black conservative. Democrats loathe and despise Black conservatives.
