The Democrats are so hell-bent on getting strict gun control legislation passed in America that they are willing to do almost anything. Rep. Mondaire Jones who is a Democrat from New York threatened that Democrats would pack the Supreme Court & eliminate the filibuster if they need to in order to get their gun control legislation enacted. Plus, Mike talks to a caller who tries to argue that we can find some middle ground with the Democrats on this issue.

There are many Democrats and even some anti-Trump Republicans who are suggesting that we raise the legal age to purchase a firearm to 21 years old. Former GOP Rep. Will Hurd stated that he believes 18 year olds shouldn’t be able to purchase guns so easily. Tucker Carlson made the case that Democrats are putting in lots of effort to disarm as many Americans as they can.

Dr. Anthony Fauci has been regarded as the top public health expert in America all throughout the coronavirus pandemic. He gave an interview on Fox News & made a stunning admission about the Biden’s DOJ seeking to reinstate mask mandates on public transportation. It turns out that these mandates are truly about having control over Americans & not so much about the science.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre stated that Biden does not believe in hardening schools in America. What the heck? That would mean that Joe Biden does not believe in supporting any type of legislation that would increase security measures in our schools. That means everything would be off the table. The Democrats appear to think that gun control is the only solution to preventing mass shootings & of course that just isn’t the case.

Joe Biden was speaking to reporters outside & claimed that the 2nd Amendment was never absolute. He repeated the false statement that you couldn’t buy a cannon when the 2nd Amendment was ratified. Law professor Jonathan Turley put Biden in his place by explaining that Biden is just making himself look horrible by repeating this disinformation.

Former President Trump spoke at the NRA convention in Houston where he pointed out that the existence of evil is precisely why Americans need the 2nd Amendment. Plus, Sen. Ted Cruz laid out some solutions to try to prevent these mass shootings that make a ton of sense & it doesn’t include stripping Americans of their constitutional rights.

Mike’s caller tries to argue that we should not allow American citizens to purchase a firearm until they are 21 years old. He argues that we should make that the new law & have exceptions for those who are in the military. Watch this tense exchange!

A Uvalde press conference went off the rails as reporters were demanding answers on the police response & timeline concerning the shooting at Robb Elementary School. Byron York said that the press conference was disastrous. However, shouldn’t we lower the temperature and wait for all the facts to come out before vilifying our law enforcement officers?
