Joe Biden admitted that he has no regrets of what he’s done with his classified documents and claims there is nothing to see here.

GALLAGHER: I mean look at Biden. He has zero regrets. The headline I saw that puts this perfectly is from the New York Post. Joe Biden has no regrets over hiding classified docs until after the midterm elections. He kept this under wraps. They were so afraid that the revelation of Biden mishandling classified documents would impact the midterm election and so they sat on it for weeks and weeks. Don’t worry. Grandpa Joe has no regrets.

Biden: As we found — we found a handful of documents that were failed — were filed in the wrong place. We immediately turned them over to the Archives and the Justice Department. We’re fully cooperating and looking forward to getting this resolved quickly. I think you’re going to find there’s nothing there. I have no regrets. I’m following what the lawyers have told me they want me to do. It’s exactly what we’re doing. There is no there there. Thank you.

COTTON: Well, the Department of Justice is not supposed to talk to the media. But someone who’s being investigated can talk to the media. There’s nothing to stop Joe Biden from explaining how those documents got into his home garage or his office, why they weren’t secured, and so forth. Of course, he had no problem talking about Donald Trump’s classified documents last summer, he saddled up his high horse and rode it hard then, this is all just scandal management and hypocrisy.

COTTON: And the second point I’d make and this is probably more important for most — yeah, this more important for most Americans is the double standard here at play from the Department of Justice. When they found out that Donald Trump might have had classified information at Mar-a-Lago, they send an FBI team to raid that site. With Joe Biden, they allow his own partisan lawyers to search his home and search his office.
