Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s office admitted that they believe prosecuting a serial NYC shoplifter would’ve been a waste of resources.

Do some of the window shopping and seeing the stores on 5th avenue. New York is a great place at Christmas time. I sure hope everybody is going to try to stay safe. You have lunacy running rampant through the streets of New York. The District Attorney Alvin Bragg admitted yesterday, there is a serial shoplifter. There are people that go in and shoplift every single day from the Duane Reades, Walgreens, and the grocery stores. They just clear the shelves. Some of them go in with big garbage bags and in many cases it is the same person over and over again. I used to live in an apartment in the Financial district in lower Manhattan right near the radio station near Wall Street. The apartment building was right across the street from a Duane Reade. My doorman at the building, Oliver, would see the same guy everyday at 9 would walk into the Duane Reade, clear the shelves of items, right in front of people. He would growl at people who tried to say something to him and he’d stroll out of the store every single day. It is like him going to work. Good morning Fred. Gotta punch in now. Where is my time card? Time to go steal thousands of dollars. There is a guy in New York that they’ve arrested at least 24 times. Now that means there is a whole bunch of times they didn’t arrest him. He is some degenerate low life scum named Wilfredo Ocasio. He is an ex-con. He has been arrested over 24 times. Yesterday, the Manhattan DA admitted that they only pursued just 2 of 2 dozen cases against him because it would’ve been a waste of resources to hit him with all of those charges. It would be a waste of resources for them to pursue all the charges with all 23 of the thefts. Samuel Coe who is a former prosecutor and an adjunct professor at Bloomfield college told the New York Post, it would be a waste of resources in the sense that it couldn’t result in anymore jail time because of New York’s lax jail ramifications. Jail time is not the only consequences of a criminal conviction. The conviction itself can have other collateral consequences. Having 20 misdemeanors on your record versus 2 is a big deal. It could affect plea bargains in future cases, employers might look the other way with 2 convictions, but not 20. This guy who incidentally is free. He is not in jail. He is free despite being arrested Nov. 16th on 23 separate theft charges. This is what Hell looks like. This is what Democrats have delivered to the United States. This is what George Soros has achieved. He has funded the radical batcrap crazy social justice warriors like Alvin Bragg. They have unleashed these district attorneys and prosecutors all over America.
