Mike’s caller shares one issue he has with Donald Trump as one of his loyal supporters.

GALLAGHER: How you doing Darren?

CALLER DARREN: Love your show and have listened for years.

GALLAGHER: Aw, thank you very much.

CALLER DARREN: I am right beside you 100% when it comes to Trump. However, I think Trump needs to have a private meeting with DeSantis, apologize for what he said, and unite. I can’t believe that he tweeted what he did, just like when he called Carly Fiorina a horse face. I mean people that know me know how much of a Trump supporter I am and every time I hear “I love what he does, but the tweets”. I’m like, I don’t care about the tweets. I don’t care and if I was attacked as much as he was, I am glad he fights back and is not a wimp like George Bush. I think what he did was unbelievable for this country, but I just wish to God he would stop doing that because he just gives ammunition to even the Republicans now.

GALLAGHER: It’s intriguing to me how smart people and I dont say this as a criticism, and I can say this about myself too. You and I are probably in the same category to some degree. Why do we think he is going to change who he is now? It is just who he is. He’s a brawler.

CALLER DARREN: I agree with that, but I just wish he’d unite with DeSantis. I like DeSantis a lot, but if it is a choice between Trump and DeSantis, Trump all the way.

GALLAGHER: Well its going to take two of them to do that. That’s the problem. Trump can want to unite all he wants and then DeSantis has to decide that he wants to unite. Listen, Trump/DeSantis is unstoppable. That would be the Democrats’ worst nightmare, but I don’t know that it is in the cards.
