A whistleblower alleges that the FBI & DOJ have a document revealing criminal scheme involving Biden and a foreign national.

GALLAGHER: What I think should be the biggest story of the day, week, month. Believe me, if there was a whistleblower alleging that when Trump was President that he got paid off by a foreign agent, the media would go nuts. When it happens to Joe Biden. Not that big a deal. According to leading Republicans, and again this story ought to be on the hearts and minds of everybody, but it won’t be. Apologies for my cynicism, but it just won’t be. Here was Fox News. EDSON: The House Oversight Committee chairman James Comer says he has issued a subpoena to the FBI. In a letter that he and senator Chuck Grassley have sent to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Chris Wray, they write that ‘a highly credible whistleblower’ says the Justice Department and FBI have a form that ‘describes alleged criminal scheme involving then-president (sic) Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions. It’s been alleged that the document includes as precise description of how the alleged criminal scheme was employed, as well as its purpose. Now, Comer and Grassley provide no information on the identity of the whistleblower, what specifically they are alleging. In short, it’s a subpoena for a document that an unidentified whistleblower says exists and shows the illegal activity. It’s unclear yet how the Justice Department will respond. ROBERTS: All right, so we don’t know what the scheme is, only that it’s believed the FBI and the DoJ have information about this scheme?”
EDSON: “Exactly. What these two Republicans are alleging is that there is a document that exists, and they have gotten that information, they say, from a whistleblower, an unidentified whistleblower, and that the document exists within the Department of Justice and the FBI showing an illegal scheme, allegedly involving the vice president, and that they are requesting that information now officially with the subpoena from the FBI and Justice Department. But these Republicans have not seen that document and they have just sent the subpoena request because a whistleblower told them it exists within the FBI. That’s where we are right now with this.
