The Department Of Injustice Is Now Running America Evidently

There is a journalist that has been sentenced to 2 months in jail for yelling through a mega phone outside our Capitol.

GALLAGHER: I wanted to see how the Associated Press described Owen Shroyer’s prison sentence. He got two months behind bars for his role in January 6th. And I don’t want to see The Washington Examiner. I don’t want to see Townhall. I don’t want to see any conservative media. I want to see how the AP characterizes this, because I want to make sure that I’m getting this right. Vivek Ramaswamy just tweeted out that this guy got a prison sentence for walking around with a bullhorn, walking around with a bullhorn saying things on a bullhorn, not go riot, not go harm police officers. He never entered the Capitol and he’s going to he’s going to prison. So let’s read together what the Associated Press says about the prison sentence of this Infowars guy, Owen Shroyer. And like Vivek, I don’t know the guy. I don’t know of the guy. I don’t know if he’s a good guy, if he’s a bad guy. What I know, as confirmed by the Associated Press, we just saw somebody sentenced to prison because he walked around outside the Capitol shouting things like 1776 on a bullhorn. Now, let’s listen to the AP. Infowars host Owen Shroyer was sentenced on Tuesday to two months behind bars for joining the mobs riot at the US Capitol, which prosecutors said he, quote, helped create unquote, by spewing violent rhetoric and spreading baseless claims of election fraud to hundreds of thousands of viewers. Shroyer didn’t enter the Capitol. He’s among only a few people charged in the riot who neither went inside the building nor were accused of engaging in violence or destruction. Let me repeat this. This is from the Associated Press. Shroyer didn’t enter the Capitol, but he led a march to the building and led rioters in chants near the top of the building steps. He’s only he’s among only a few people charged in the riot who neither went inside the building nor were accused of engaging in violence or destruction. The Associated Press is confirming this. The guy is going to prison because of what he said on a bullhorn. Prosecutors wrote. Shroyer helped create January 6th. He didn’t need to go inside the Capitol because many of his followers did. They argued, Shroyer told the judge, Timothy Kelly, he wasn’t part of any plan for violence or any other illegal activity. He wasn’t trying to stir up the crowd. I am absolutely enraged at this, and you should be, too. His lawyer is a guy by the name of Norton. Norm Pattiz, the lawyer, wrote in a court filing Sunday Owen Shroyer and every person capable of speaking in the United States has a right to utter the speech Mr. Shroyer used that the government would suggest otherwise is a frightening commentary on our times. Isn’t he right?
