Mark Levin addressed how he feels about the Obama appointed Judge Tanya Chutkan who is working on the Trump case for the Jan. 6th indictment.

GALLAGHER: Here is Mark Levin over the weekend on Fox News channel talking about how this system, this deck is stacked against Donald Trump. Many believe it starts with this Obama appointed judge who is supposed to preside over the Jan. 6th trial involving President Trump.

LEVIN: What can a candidate or when can a candidate rely on legal advice, since President Trump’s lawyers are being indicted for giving legal advice? Is the president not free to discuss decisions about elections with his vice president and strongly urge him to take one position or another? Of course he is free to do that. Is a president free to publicly dispute election results? They all do when they lose, including people like Hillary Clinton and Al Gore. Electoral process is now not purely political and constitutional as was intended, but now it is the control of prosecutors, Department of Justice, and in the hands of these people and the Biden Administration it is a disaster. The judge that will hear this case is the most radical partisan activist Obama appointee in the entire federal judiciary. Gee, I wonder how she got chosen.

GALLAGHER: Well it was random, Mark. It was a coincidence. She just randomly selected to be the judge who will preside over the Trump case. There are so many complicated issues in this. What about the secret service? What if Trump winds up going to prison? He gets secret service protection for life? Will they need to protect him behind bars? Let that sink in. That is how stupid this prosecution is of the former President.
