Using All The Power Of The Government To Take Out A Political Opponent Is Banana Republic Tactics
Fox News’ Tammy Bruce points out that all we can do is vote for Trump if we are frustrated with all the corruption amid all the indictments.
GALLAGHER: Tammy Bruce who is a terrific pundit at Fox News. She had this to say about this whole legal mess that Trump finds himself in.
BRUCE: I think that there is a point, kind of an inflection point where the American people, people who are even looking for somebody else other than Trump and are tired of all of this, realizing that this is not a game, that the government is out of control, that they’re using the power of this behemoth of government to kneecap a political opponent. Trump was correct in saying this is not supposed to happen here. He is absolutely correct. Our structure is meant to have this not happen, and yet it is. It sounds now like a cliché, but it is like a banana republic, where you use all the power of government to get rid of a political opponent. We don’t like this. Now, we are not rioting in the street, we understand what the difference is, we are quietly assessing, and even the people I’ve heard from, who were Trump supporters, were looking at someone else, are saying this is not normal, something is wrong and it cannot continue. And the only thing that will stop it is to vote for Trump again.
GALLAGHER: She has got a great perspective and she is right. She is saying what Michael Moore said back in 2016. The only thing we can do is support Donald Trump. That is the only thing we can do. We feel helpless to stop Jack Smith. We feel helpless to say or do anything about this judge who is going to be continually unfair to Trump.
