Whoopi Goldberg Apologizes For Using An Ethnic Slur, But Not For Viciously Attacking Conservatives Daily
The View’s Whoopi Goldberg issued a formal apology for using a slur that many of us probably don’t find offensive.
GALLAGHER: On the View, very very very inappropriate language. I’m shocked just shocked at the filthy bigotry of one Whoopi Goldberg.
GOLDBERG: The people who still believe that he got, you know, gypped somehow in the election, will still believe that he cared enough about his wife to pay the … money from his personal thing, but I just don’t understand, if that was the case, why all the suber fuge. Why going through Michael Cohen if it is just you know.
GALLAGHER: Yuriy can you play that again because I’m not really sure I understand what she did wrong. Let’s listen to that clip together. I mean she had to issue a formal apology for those reprehensible comments. Let me play it for you one more time and see if you can pick out what she said that was so horrifically and diabolically offensive.
GOLDBERG: The people who still believe that he got, you know, gypped somehow in the election, will still believe that he cared enough about his wife to pay the … that was gas.
GALLAGHER: I don’t know what is more what did she say? That she had flatulence? That she apparently pooted on TV. Is that what happened? She said she had gas. Incidentally I cant believe she admitted that but apparently she does. So she sits there. There’s Whoopi belching away. I don’t know what end it came out of but , is that ethnically insensitive that she burped or she or she had gas? Let’s hear her apology, very serious. She took to Twitter to extend her deepest sincerest apology for her ethnic slur.
GOLDBERG: You know, when you’re a certain age, you use words that you know from when you’re a kid or you remember saying, and that’s what I did today, and I shouldn’t have. I should have thought about it a little longer before I said it, but I didn’t, and I should have said ‘cheated,’ and I used another word, and I’m really, really sorry.
GALLAGHER: She’s sorry for that. She’s not sorry for calling Trump a Nazi. She’s not sorry for attacking conservatives the way she does She’s not sorry for any of the viciousness that she’s spews, any of the venom that comes out of her mouth on a daily basis, but because she said people feel gypped out of the election. She’s very very sorry. Evidently, who is that a slur against gypsies?
